A soft spreadable versatile fresh cheese

This cheese is a white soft cheese with a spreadable crumbly texture. Typically the milk is pasteurized to optimum temperature and then culture is added.  After the coagulation of the milk takes place, the curd is then cut in to chunks and transferred into batches for draining. This draining takes 1-2 days depending on the amount of cheese. Other than salt we donot add anything to this cheese. You can mix it with any favorite ingredients of your choice for example toasted sesame cheese, chili flakes etc and make it your own. Let your imagination speak with this cheese.

The unit is privately owned by the Laederich-Nandee family and respects fair trade practices of cheese manufacturers in India.

Uses:

This cheese has a cream cheese like texture which when mixed with a bit  of cream, can be used for cheesecakes, cake fillings, frostings, dips/spreads of your choice and other baked dishes, fillings etc. It also goes surprisingly well in pastas and macaronis.
